Nature Jobs-1 Meetings

Just came cross a very impressive website about a career in science, nature jobs. Actually, more than just a career in science. Many pieces of advice were given regarding how to start your own lab, how to meet up peers in a meeting, etc. Well organized.
It's nature jobs

First article of my interest is the one about how to meet up with peers in a meeting. It is always rough to join the meeting, like a lost chicken as one of them said. The article is Nature 438, 1187 (December 2005) | doi:10.1038/nj7071-1187a , including two out linked articles Small conferences pay their way Nature 438, 264-265 (17 November 2005) and Meeting up Nature 436, 1060-1061 (August 2005). The Editor Paul Smaglik argues meetings would provide new collaborations and insights.
